These Terms of Service cover your use of Cownty (cownty.com) and its text alerts. By using the site or signing up for texts, you agree to these terms. If they change, we will update this page.

Information only; not financial or legal advice. Cownty shares public data from USDA, FSA, AMS and the U.S. Drought Monitor. It is not financial, legal, tax or insurance advice. Cownty does not file applications or act for you. FSA alone decides program eligibility, deadlines and payments. Prices are past USDA-reported averages, not quotes or offers. Data can be late or wrong; always check the linked official source.

SMS text alerts

Program: Cownty sends recurring automated text alerts: one weekly sale barn price text for the barns you pick, plus USDA/FSA county alerts only when something changes.

Opt-in: You get texts only if you tick the consent box on the sign-up form and reply YES to our welcome text. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency: Message frequency varies (one weekly price text plus rare county alerts when something changes).

Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.

Cancel: Text STOP to cancel at any time. After that, you will get no more alert texts unless you sign up again.

Help: Text HELP for help, or contact us.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

Cownty is operated by Nathan Steger - Cownty (sole proprietor).

Payment

Cownty is free while we test it. A paid monthly plan, if you choose it, is billed by card through a payment processor and can be cancelled any time.
