Apply at your USDA Service Center by your state's first FY2027 cutoff to be ranked in the first funding round for EQIP and CSP cost-share (fencing, water, brush, grazing plans). Oklahoma's (Sept. 30) and New Mexico's (Oct. 16) first cutoffs have passed; late applications roll to a later round.
